Bottle Intelligence
Dad's Hat Port Finish Rye leads with the distillery's assertive rye-and-pepper backbone, then layers in dark cherry, dried fruit, and cocoa richness from the port cask. At 100 proof it retains real structure while the wine finish softens the edges and adds a fruity, chocolate-tinged depth.
