Crafted in collaboration with a Texas-based distillery, distilled from a mash bill of 80% Texas corn and 20% Oklahoma rye. The whiskey is first matured in New American Oak barrels for 3-6 years before being double cask finished in former French oak wine barrels from Napa Valley.
Gold Bar Black is a bold, high-rye bourbon with polished smoothness from its French oak finishing, balancing spicy rye kick with creamy caramel sweetness. The double cask maturation delivers complexity and an elegant, mellow finish with red fruit notes.
