Bottle background
Peerless crafts their bourbon from grain to bottle using a sweet mash process. The whiskey is exposed to two separate charred oak barrels, with the second barrel exposure resulting from a transfer process that increases complexity.
A barrel-proof bourbon of impressive complexity from two separate oak extractions, balancing honeyed sweetness and baking spices with a syrupy, full-bodied texture. This is a whiskey that delivers aplenty without sacrificing balance.
