Bottle background
Penelope X Series represents the brand's experimental bourbon making in limited releases with innovative cask finishes. This expression is a single barrel finished in Oloroso cask.
A bold, layered bourbon that marries classic bourbon sweetness with the sophisticated dried fruit and chocolate notes from Oloroso cask finishing. The high proof and experimental cask work create an indulgent, complex dram that rewards repeated sipping.
